Because the soccer stage is international, Panathinaikos Soccer Schools offers international awards and recognitions in four areas. We offer international camp opportunities, trials for Panathinaikos FC's professional/residency academy teams, international competition opportunities, and professional development for coaches and club directors. By providing opportunities in all four areas, we are able to better meet the needs of and provide unique playing and training experiences for both players and their coaches.

Golden Boot Award - This award is bestowed on the top overall player (male or female) at every Fall St. Louis, MO USA PAO Supercup tournament. The recipient of the Golden Boot receives an all expense paid trip to the PAO FC Summer Camp at the PAO FC Athletic Centre in Athens, Greece. Selected players may also be given the opportunity for a trial with the PAO FC Professional/Residency Academy teams in Greece.

Scouting: Professional/Residency Academy - PAO Soccer Schools scouts players on an international level. Selected players are given the opportunity for a trial with the PAO FC Professional/Residency Academy teams in Greece.

International Competition - Elite level teams have the opportunity to travel to Greece to compete against PAO FC Residency Academy teams and/or the First Team.

Directors/Coaches - Coaches and directors who complete PAO level IV Licensing in North America and Oceania are eligible to travel to Europe for UEFA licensing courses.
